      Suspect: QMLKELLER
      Rules broken: Hacking
      Evidence:
      At the end of the video I show his connection to be 4 bars. He is getting too much range for 4 bars.
      He is seemingly better than anyone I've ever seen on the server and many well known players believe he hacks.

      Could someone with experience review this report?
