I want to purchase God rank, but when i try to checkout, it says, "You cannot checkout because you have opened too many chargebacks." I have not charged back once on this server. I just got unbanned. Please help

That is something with buycraft, not just with Mineverse. They will not allow you to check out anywhere with any chargebacks open within buycraft. At least that is what I've been told. @Pile can you confirm that?

In purchasing stuff for different serves, I have never ever charged back on anything in my life.

I would try using another payment method?
I'm not sure how buycraft tracks their payments. If they go by usernames, email or transaction.

It works on the percentage of chargebacks a player has made in relation to complete payments across every single store on the Buycraft network, making the system really comprehensive at keeping out the players who have charged back maliciously before.

 

This is an issue with buycraft and out of our control.
I would suggest contacting them.
