i was using my voter keys and i didnt get the rare key is there a way i can get it?

So you got a rare key?
It is a glitch, where you cant see the key. Log out then relog. Fixed the issue for me.

 

ive log out and in many times still no rare key

 

Glitches happen. They are unfortunate but they do happen. My guess is that this was only a glitch.
There is no real answer other than the plugin code failed.
