      1. Your ingame name: Paskov123
      2. The offender's ingame name: usename11
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scam, the deal was kit titan on factions for 45k on prison. I gave him the kit titan on factions which is shown by the /invsee screenshot and then we went to prison where he said nice deal and left. I tried to contact him after but he just ignored me.
