Hello everyone, I suggest to add Free-Man shop on Prison, where you could sell blocks/items that you can only find in Free-World. Of course, only Free-Mans and players with higher ranks could use the command to tp there (/warp freeshop) If you do not support/are neutral, please explain why. ~EccentricPotato_
EccentricPotato_, why would you want to limit your sales potential to only those who have made it to free? I do not understand your perspective. Prisoners have an amazing amount of money that they are more than willing to spend. The only argument that I can think of that could favor an out-of-prison shop would be for the sales of contraband, but a lot people sell them anyway within prison and enforcement will always be a challenge. And once you become free it is cheap and easy to get those contraband items. So I'm not really seeing the practical value with free-only shops. I would not be surprised to see the plots removed from within the new prison walls on the reset... they cause way too much lag. If so, then it would be similar to your request, but I would think everyone would have access to those warp(s). Blue
Thanks delta Thanks for the Supports, I was also thinking this could be added after the reset I am not suggesting to make so only Free-Mans can go to shop, but to add a second shop where only Free-Mans could go to And contraband wouldn't be sold in this shop, there would be only items/blocks you can find in the Free-World, not crafted items
EccentricPotato_ your still not answering my question. What is the purpose of creating a set of plots that will drastically limit your sales potential but cutting off the vast majority of the prison players? Why would you want to limit your clientele? This makes no sense to me. I would think you would want just the opposite from what you are proposing such as to increase the traffic to your shop. That's one of the major reasons why /warp plots and /warp plots2 are so valuable since many people will not travel far to buy pvp supplies and they will pay crazy-high prices too. It would also be a nightmare to try to limit/enforce a group of shops to only selling non-craftable items. People will see what they want to sell. Keep in mind that the contraband within prison is permitted outside of the prison walls (ie... diamond swords, lava, flint and steel, etc...). Perhaps you are instead wanting a freeman-only vault rental area? So that way you can rent something which will ensure your treasures are 100% raid proof? That could be useful, but then again if everyone had access to large vaults then it would make the factions raiding aspect of the game pointless (or should I say "more" pointless). Blue
I am not suggesting to add vaults or plots, but a shop similar to the prison one where any Free-Man could sell any item/block you can find in the Free-World. And, anywhere else outside of prison you can have/sell contraband, so it won't change much
Oh I finally got it. You mean extend the functionality of /warp shop to include more items. Yeah that makes sense so you won't accumulate so much junk. I would think the main shop could actually buy those items too, since prisoners won't have them to sell them so no real need to make a second shop?
