I ranked up to C and it didn't give me the rank, may someone please tell me the issue?

You have to e-mail [email protected]. Please include the proof. Nothing that mods can do.

 

If you have a rank, but you were a prison rank before you bought the rank, you're still that same rank, you can go to the mine that you could go in before,
If you do /rankup, it should give you your rank straight away. If not, try using the signs at /warp ranks.

I just had a look at the screenshot. You are still C prisoner. You need to find Cyp, next time he's on prison to give you your title back, sending it to the email won't do as much as asking Cyp/Crew ingame.

 

When this happens, you are still a C rank. It is just a Prefix Glitch saying you are a D-rank I am pretty sure.
