Ok, so this has been happening for the last few months. So in prison I used to be B-Prisoner then I got de-ranked to D-Prisoner (dont know why), and now whenever i try to buy c-prisoner i get promoted but i get no prefix and no benefits to c prisoner. Iv'e bought it so many times, and i lost all my money and still no prefix or benefits?? Please fix. I had left a video below when I recorded what happened but it is 67mb so it wont upload D: ~xXEpichrisXx
This is definitely a problem I haven't heard of before... If you could find some screenshots proving you were at one point B-Prisoner, then demoted to D and back to C or something like that, it would greatly help. If you can find those pictures, try tossing a support email to [email protected]. Good luck getting this sorted out :>
