Ok, so this has been happening for the last few months. So in prison I used to be B-Prisoner then I got de-ranked to D-Prisoner (dont know why), and now whenever i try to buy c-prisoner i get promoted but i get no prefix and no benefits to c prisoner. Iv'e bought it so many times, and i lost all my money and still no prefix or benefits?? Please fix! I have left a link of the video i uploaded where i recorded what happened ...

Hmm, when you were first deranked did you happen to buy a donor rank by any chance?
If so, Lars(numbers) had this issue today, however he could still enter the B block.

Anyways, you should consider sending a support email to [email protected]

Cypriot or Noobcrew would be able to help, be sure to add in this video that you posted :)

      Good luck!

The support email is your best chance at getting your prefix fixed.
You should still have access tho.
Thank you Blue for being ever so active at helping!
      Closing.
