1.) I've been on the prison server for a long time and have noticed that the cells on the 3rd and 4th floor in "C" are not for sale. The cells on the 2nd floor in "B" are also not for sale. So I was hoping you could put them up for sale.

2.) There is a lot of lag on the prison server and its not just because of "/baltop". There are many reasons for the lag. If its possible, can you please take "/baltop" off the commands list?
