The first video start watching the video at around 2mins in. You can see his head turning around as he tries to kill me. Also, it looks like he hit me from about 5 blocks away, which seems like reach.

The second video is pretty short, so just watch it fully. Also, in this video you can see at around 30 seconds in, he aims for me and the other guy in the pvp zone. If you watch it closely you can see him hitting the other guy while he is trying to fight me.

 

Also, there is a video of him admitting that he is Poisiqn (or something like that ign). So if he uses that acc to play again you will know to ban him. Here is the video:
