on November 24, 2014 (Monday) I bought the free rank on prison and it wont let me in A block or B block I reloged a few times but that didn't seem to work please help me Jguns99.

 

Do you have any proof of this rankup? Cant do anything without proof.

 

I talked with Cyp about that probleme, its supposed to be fixed now.

 

Next time you should rankup with /warp ranks and not /rankup

It takes until you can find Cyp in the game and provide him a link to this with your proof. I have let him know but he is busy so your best shot is to catch him in game. I am sorry that it is such an inconvenience. If I could fix it for you I would. I will tag him in this but still try to catch him in game. I will lock this and if he sees the tag and works the issue he will respond. If not, keep an eye out in game. Once again, sorry.
