Ok, So i was on prison around 2 hours ago and Put a private sign up in my cell, With This:

Air

And After, i opened the chest, like normal. Now, It says i cant open it and I have all my stuff in it. D: This is the Same with Matrix_Mercenary. I tried my Old IGN:

Air

And it works... Please Help Me i want to open my chests. Thank You

So you put a shop sign and now you can't open it?

Well, you might not believe me but yet, I put a shop sign for _MEGA_COOKIE_ which is my IGN now, but when i try to type that again it automatically does XxXNitro21XxX. Which is my old IGN. I could open the mega one before just now cant ;/
