LOL I usually log off in a furnace and come back and take some noobs Ingots. It was hilarious. But I don't play prison anymore so :/
I don't find it funny. Someone mines a lot of stuff and it takes a long time, and someone just comes in and takes all of your work away? Not a nice feeling. What if someone did that to you if you spent a long time mining?
Before I was mod, I was smelting some iron and gold ore in a furnace room I had a few stacks so I went AFK for a few minutes. When I came back there was some guy looting my ingots.. I don't know how he got in..
This happened to me to. I also support Yin's idea, bringing them back to spawn after they log would be a good idea.
I'm aware, it happened to me once. :/ I don't know how to stop crafty people whom can make ideas to bypass this, however I believe this is the first step to preventing this.
How bout make like the furnace room is locked ONLY for the last player that was in there for 1 minute. Once he logged off or steps out
I accidently logged off once there, without thinking, and the guy in there got so pee'd off at me. He just ranted on and on about stealing. I think this is a great idea- it'd remind me not to disconnect in the furnace room!
The only thing I'm having is that I always have to watch my back. I don't feel safe in prison at all. I can't go afk there for a drink without someone setting me on fire.
I suggest also being wary in the furnaces next to the mines because even though less people know about them, people can steal from them without logging off in them so it's just as, if not even more risky
