Also this shold ip bann you and bann you from comming on the server for 1 month Reach hacks: anytime someone uses 5+ kill aura should be automatically banned for 1 month Speed: anytime you go faster then speed 2 on land you get banned for 1 month Fast bow: when you use your bow like a machine gun (which is op) it bans you for 1 month Head snaps: (this hopes when kill aura is on) when you automatically snap on 1 person to the next, banned 1 month Jesus: band you 1 month when using jesus. Bhop: just like speed, 1 month No slow down- you eating drinking or pulling bow back while running 1 month Flight =1 month I will add more like this
Head snapping from one person to another won't work out well at all. For instance, when I pvp and I'm endured in a 1v1 situation, say someone ran in and hit me, I would snap onto them to get them away from the 1v1. This doesn't mean I'm hacking, yet I will be banned by your anti-cheat. I don't quite understand how Bhopping doesn't already get determined by the anti-cheat, as it's a very obvious hack. Fly hacking is difficult unless able to set it to not ban admins/mods. - I'm not too sure if that's possible. Running while doing an action like eating, drinking or pulling a bow wouldn't be too hard for an anti-cheat if it were configuration correctly, I guess. Though, I have no idea how to code stuff like that, so I can't input too much on it. Jesus hacks, again I'm not too sure if you can code something that will ban you if you walk on top of water. I think the speed 2 think would incorrectly ban a lot of people, so that's difficult to determine. Reach hacks again would be very inconsistent and probably just ban people who are lagging, rather than actually hacking. Though, "reach hacks" is normally just kill-aura anyway. Just if you set kill aura to a certain distance it will manage to hit the user as soon as they enter the possible range. In conclusion, yes, I agree we do need a better anti-cheat. If Cyp finds a valid one that works as he wants, I'm certain that he will apply it.
It's simply not that easy, especially with these developers who have no idea how the hacks work. Firstly I'd like to say Jesus isn't detectable. Reach is very unreliable as an autoban check as latency can cause issues. For speed you just see if the player is going faster than base move speed so simple although teleport/motion dividing would bypass. "Head snaps" not possible to patch the way the aura works. Fastbow = packets so you'll need a morepackets check. NoSlow the way it works isn't easily detectable. Bhop = speed easy patch. Flight simple patch. May I suggest Autoclicker (Same CPS for a long amount of time) if the player doesn't have the capabilities of flying set valid check to true
I'm saying the mineverse devs. Good luck on anticheat I have one made for my 1.7.10 - 1.8 server since paperspigot 1.7.10 has better packet sniffing options.

I do agree I had got ban on lichcraft for lagging. BUT I am making the anti cheat and so far no false bans.
No support @Synyster Gates has most of the reasons and he really did put it forth real well. Also, it's hard to put into place, but it's true, we really need a better anti-cheat, but I don't think it's going to be this easy.
lol I find it so unbelievably sad that the people on these forums can't form their own opinion. Let me rule some things clear for you so you make an opinion based off of facts. AntiCheats that are made by half decent developers and have been extensively tested in certain situations (like the one I made) do not false flag. Not even when it lags because it checks the players ping and the servers timings/ticks. And velocity is easy to take in consideration don't bother mentioning it. All of these hacks (excluding noslow and jesus) are patchable for the majority of clients kids use here. Btw speed 2 limit would never flag (lol) in fact that's terrible. Just get the players basemovespeed and limit it to that. So even slight speeds would flag but never false flag normal players.
