Some dude in creative gave me this potion and it is doing weird things and glutting me out... someone help please!

I'd recommend relogging, I may have used the same potion before.

 

Lots of stuff do this...

 

Drink milk to clear all ailments

To get rid of potion effects, drink a bucket of milk. If it's just messing with your player by being in your inventory, buy an inventory clear from the mineverse shop.

 

You can try drinking Milk, but some potions make it very hard to do so, so it will take a while.
