Now that I've seen what random said I don't really see why it is needed as people cannot poke you again if you have not poked them back, is this threadreally needed then?
He probably means that a cool down is going to prevent spam but allow other users to poke him regardless... In spite of that it's not something I find necessary. No support.
Just limit the people who can poke you, or don't respond to them. Some people (myself included) enjoy having meaningless poke wars, there's no harm in it.
No support, there's no necessary reason to have a "Poke Cooldown" if this you want this to be added; mind as well turn off your poking settings.
You have the ability to turn off your pokes if you get spammed, Making a cool down for pokes wouldn't be fun. No Support.
