As I noticed along with alot of players and a few mods some one is Using a Spam bot I know how their doing it. They Put the alts in a Txt file and load it to the spam bot from their they enter a server Ip and the port enter a message and spam I Tested it on My Testing server to see if there was any plugin that would prevent it I found AntiAD That worked it prevented the spam.

Forgot to mention But Gives users 3 warnings 3rd time its a ban
