Hi I'm Muss2209, I have been hit by fgfggfg's bow and because he hacks it has an effect that put's nausia slowness and instant dammage on me, and when I died by him I got slowness and i cant sprint so please help me I press ww and it doesent sprint and my hunger bar is full

 

This is a problem.
Noobcrew or Cyp may need to try and clear that from your player data or something.

Worst case scenario; may have to clear your WHOLE inventory

 

Try killing yourself, try /suicide or /kill or something, normally if you kill yourself or if you die you'll lose all symptoms that you have like "poision, if that's starting to kill you, just kill your self but make sure your somewhere safe otherwise someone will sneak up behind you and take your stuff, always gotta look out, but I guess your stuck so that'll be hard.

 

As Jadey said, kill yourself, but do it on your island. If your quick enough, just kill yourself, and then once your dead type /is
That will send you back to your island where you can retrieve your stuff.
Just make sure your not too slow, because clear lag plugin could wipe all of your items that you had on the floor
