Dear Mineverse, My Son recently got a bullied on this Minecraft Server and when I tried to talk to the kids they gave my son a extremely mean death threat. The may of not meant it but it caused quite a lot of damage to my son and now he a extremely scared and will not come out of his room. Is there anything you can do for these players. Maybe stop them from playing or something to make my son feel quite a bit safer. Also if not could I receive a refund on the "Rank" that I bought him as I am extremely angry for this money to go to waste.
