Soo... I know I'm catching on to this really late, but I can't seem to find how to do something like this:

Basically, this is an example from SSMH's profile page. At the side of his profile picture, there's this animated picture. How do I select a picture to "place" there on my profile page? I can't seem to find the configuration buttons, I've been trying to find it for a while now.

Could anyone please help me with this?
