To be considered for staff, I'd suggest making sure you meet all requirements

PROS

1. You seem like a nice and honest person
2. Long time player

CONS

1. The application isn't very long at all and lacks depth of why you should be moderator
2. Fix grammatical and spelling errors
3. Add some colour and bold to make it stand out
4. Never seen you in game or on forums that much

 

Clearly you haven't even read what the requirements are. Go take a look at them and come back when you've 'reached' them. No support.
