Hello i was on level 13 for the parkour and then i turned level 1 for some reason.
could you help me?
I also put some proof that i was level xiii/13

 

Did you click the sign at the end of level 1? That resets you. and btw you won't get your rank back, no one does if they reset

 

You must've clicked the sign at the end of I.

You could try asking some of the staff with the abilities to do this for you, however, I doubt you will be restored without redoing the levels.
