Well, I succeeded with clicking it. I'd suggest to make the 10th course again and click the sign and then 11th, I know it's much to do but that might be able to fix it.

As xxxvan stated already, Cyp and Crew are the only ones with the ability to change the sign so you'll have to be patient and wait for a reply. Cyp says the sign is fixed yet players are still having trouble with it.
