Many of my friends tried emailing them before, but they never responded though, so idk if they changed the email.

 

No it's coz they don't bother replying, or it takes forever for them to reply. I tried to change my birth date. Ugh.

It took 2days to received my missing god ranks so they do reply.

 

They do not restore Infection ranks or prestiges. There is no point in trying.
