Your ingame name: brick707 The offender's ingame name: OTTZombieSlayer A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: OTTZombieSlayer Scammed me by saying that he would buy anyone Elite for 100B, so I thought that he was doing a good deal, because elite costs 500tril. So, I paid him 100B (evidence in screenshots) and he didn't buy me Elite. Instead, he said that he didn't specify when he was going to get me the rank. I told him "Then when will you?" then he said: "Pay me another 50 Billion and I will pay sooner" But I didn't take the offer. Then, I told him refund please, and he said that we already made a deal, so he didn't refund my money. The payment can be seen in the third screenshot, if you have trouble finding it. If you are wondering what the last screenshot is supposed to do, it is proof that I lost 100B, and I did not get it back. I would like my 100b back...
