I agree he's great. I'm always tough on staff and what they do wrong especially when I was senior mod - because I felt some need to watch over and critique them like my children. I said it when I was staff and I'll say it now, one good moderator right there.
It's true that they did sign up for it, however, it's not all about doing a good job, it really brightens people's day and makes the server look better if the moderators are as enthusiastic about helping others. It's just like a job that also required customer service, you can do your job and be robotic and plain, or you can be super joyful and happy about it and really encourage others to strive for more. And Ordi is an outstanding example of what that is like to be so enthusiastic to help the community while still following the rules.

I am very sure most moderators on the team have what it take to be promoted with some effort, activity and solid work. There will always be staff who shine above others because they strive for what they want. If Ordi is doing that then his work should pay off in the end. But just remember there are many other staff members who may not help you, but they help so many more people out there to consider. Not only that, what happens within the team you may not see. I'm sure the head mods are capable of knowing who is right for positions within the team and who can do their jobs. It is always nice to know people do respect staff though.
^ Whilst ordi is an amazing mod - don't think everyone doesn't know that, it takes more than just one person to make up the team. @Sparky @Charisa and so many more are amazing moderators that I'm surprised haven't been mentioned. No hate to this thread of course - ordi is doing a wonderful job.
Yes, he's only the only active mod, usually the only mod that's on daily, also @Mvxine is pretty capable of being senior mod as she's one of the most active too.
Woah I agree Ordi is a pretty great mod, but there are also some other amazing mods out there who deserve Senior Mod
