OPPrison Wither Skulls

I Wanted to know if a player is allowed to have a wither skull on OPprison. I know a player that has one and different people keep telling me different things. I need a mod+ response only.

Spoke with a mod online and he told me that you ARE allowed to have wither skulls! Howerver, you can be temp banned if you buy/sell them. This post can now be archived or deleted. Thank you! :D
