A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: This player scammed me 500 billion on OpPrison, he said he would give me money on KitPvP ($7,500). In the video evidence, I show you me paying, then going to KitPvP and him not showing. Also, when I mention it to him, he says he did pay me.
