Well in the context I saw it, he wasn't "threatening" anyone. It was more of a joke. I thought just because someone says they are hacking doesn't give a mod grounds to ban them? Also the player that he was "playing around" obviously didn't get hacked, and knew that the player wouldn't hack him. It would help if there was evidence as to Flazer responding.
