The rule this player broke: Hacking/ no knockbacks
my evidence:

just a short recording of him hacking i tried to get up close and test it myself by hitting him but he turned around and knocked me off. (To get a better view at his name I zoom in at the end Pause 0:42 for name.) As you can see from the video he just stands in one spot the entire time and takes no knockback even while a player comes to him and starts attacking him.
