Since nether got enabled and people were able to get wither heads i thought it would be a good idea to add better picks to help making bases that can protect against them better. I would suggest the picks for the kits be the same efficiency as the sharpness on the kits sword.

1. Yes, because you can enchant as many picks as you want and you will get the original pick axe.

2. Yes and no, bases will be raised easier. :P

Decrease the amount of mcmmo exp gained from mining blocks.

Not really all you have to do is change the config files for blocks which gain you exp.
