3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Rule 2 in OP Prison (Be ethical). Speedygalv said he/she had set up a casino and told us to click some signs that appeared to be blank. I had no idea what was this was so I clicked the sign. It was a shop that took 10 billion in game currency in exchange for one peice of dirt. If I had known this was a shop I would never have clicked the signs, I was just trying to figure out what we were doing.

Note: I would have been content if speedygalv had paid me and the other victims back, but I am reporting him/her since he/she refused. Also, I would like the 10b back if at all possible, since at L it takes a while to get that much. If that is not possible it's okay though, it's just a game.

Also, I used prison because there is no OP Prison prefix
