i have a few problems on the OP Prison server. One, i bought a rank when i first started playing on your server, about 2 and a half years ago, but i never got it on op Prison. i havent ever mentioned this, because it never really bothered me, but i figured i might as well. Also, once i changed my ign, it wouldnt let me open chests claimed by my other ign, nor delete the plot. Once this happened i changed my alts ign to the ign that was on the signs, hoping it would fix things. it didnt.
You can email [email protected] to help with the rank problem, but you will have to be patient. As for the name change, you can either email them about that too or change your name back and break the signs and remove your claims then change it back possibly.
yea, i thought about that, but its on my alts account, and i really dont feel like having my old ign for 30 days xD (or however long it is, i forget)
Then you can email support, but they may take a while to respond. Cyp is very busy at the moment. Your best best is to probably change it back to be honest, unless someone else has an idea.

You can't change your alt's ign to access the plot. The account you set up the plot has a specific id. Changing your alt's username won't help. Try changing your main account name back to what the username was when you claimed the plot.
When my plot was broken @Zoey Brooks changed his alt's name to PopIs_MyHoe which was my old IGN and he disposed my plot and unclaimed it for me to claim. It works.
What @Teeeb said. The plot plug-in isn't based via UUID, otherwise nobody would ever lose their plot. It's done via username. So, if you have an alt, change it's name to your lost plot - It works.
