I'm new to all of this, but I assume this is where I get help/responses.

Just now, I was playing OP Prison and was warping to different plots but somehow ended up warping to a location that isn't created or something along those lines; since that has occurred, each time I select to join OP Prison, I get automatically kicked out and warped back to the lobby. Last command in game was /p tp 1000000;1000000.

And purchase the teleport to spawn feature, It's free and works in seconds. (Make sure to restart me just in case before connecting)
