It has always annoyed me in op prison how everything has to be duped (short term for duplicated) Where there are super op things but they have all been glitched/duped. But not only that, the pickaxe system is quite bad for Zeus's such as me as I used to use a glitched and duped pickaxe but dropped it by accident now it's gone, I will never get a new one as everyone burns them, so I have to use a crappy Titan pickaxe which is what any M ranked player should have. Zeus's etc are very experienced as they are quite high and in theory should have better stuff than an M person. I as a Zeus have 230 trillion of useless money I can't even spend. Why? First of all, the shops provide no rares or real stuff I can buy, everything is crap, Second of all, I still have Unused money I want to spend but can't as no one sells rare stuff. The shop NEEDS to be updated. Add rares that u can buy from the shop for a very high price that draw people into collecting, add better pickaxes in the shop that you can buy for a very good price and that also have a different kinds for example, Quantum pickaxe And make it have good enchantments that would sell for a high price. PLEASE READ THIS BIT vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv If u add in a better shop that meets the expectations of what I stated, then once we have a proper shop to manage a great economy, Make an item reset that GETS RID OF ALL THE GLITCHED/DUPED ITEMS. And we can start fresh on getting pickaxes and gathering decorative rares from the shop.
I'm going to say Neutral on this. Some items are called rare for a reason, if the shop is updated and they add some of the "rare" items then those items will no longer become rare because everyone has the ability to purchase it. You also stated that you have a lot of money and nothing to spend it on, well new rank(s) are coming soon so I would say keep saving! I do support the pickax suggestion, I do think more pickaxes should be added. Good luck with the suggestion!
I always like to point out the flaws in these posts so bear with me its nothing personal. Asking for a reset is fine as is, this topic shows up every now and then but lets pick this apart Posting that you want an item reset but then going into detail about how you dropped your pick and you cant get another one really just makes it look like your salty about it. The shop does not sell rares because if it did then it wouldn't be rare. The whole point of rare items is that you cannot easily obtain them. I have a huge shop of rares that i am currently expanding to buy/sell every single rare item in the game so saying that no one sells rares is very untrue. ill gladly sell you 230t worth of rares drop on by my plot any time, oh and 230t is really not much in terms of rares, most zeus people have that much or more in rares, you would spend around that much just buying every mob head and maybe if your lucky you might get a few e-pearls thrown in there. Also just because its hard to find 501/502's does not mean you cant go pick up an old alpha and stick about 50 explosive on it and have a good pick one was sold earlier for 6.5t, and yes I burn 501/502's just to make them hard to get, i could supply half the server with a 501 and still have some left over but i would rather burn them. Saying you have noting to spend your money on then asking for an item reset is a very odd statement if you really think about it, you want to remove all rare items, picks, heads, and whatever else so there will will be even less for you to spend your money on. Add the rares to the shop? then they are worthless and lose value over time making it a waste of money to invest in them. OPP has a very unique economy unlike any other server that i have been on, every item has a story, every pick has been on a journey, every glitch intruded new exciting things that everyone wanted, some people profited and some people didn't, taking away the items on opp is like ripping out a part of the servers history. I don't know if you played back before "rare items" but it was boring, there was nothing to do but mine, you had nothing to do but horde money and rankup, i still remember the day when noobcrew was in /warp pvp with leather on and everyone was going nuts. back then it was just a fantasy to think of having leather or chain.
sorry, ik, I got a bit salty when I dropped my 501, I just hate how everything has to be duped and glitched and I wish there was a fresh start to the server, keeping rares is fine, that's what its all about, but its just the glitched item that get my attention. if there was a way to remove every glitched/duped item but keep the rares. So I sorta got stuck writing this post.
