Today Head-Mods were given permissions to help return lost balances on Kit and OP after an issue with one of our dedicated servers. This issue caused some players to lose their balances as well as cleared some enderchests. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the lost items, but we can restore your balances to the best of our abilities*.

Things to know:

• We will need proof of your balance before the issue began along with a screenshot of your balance after the incident.
• These 2 pieces of evidence will need to show dates the screenshots were taken.
• We will not accept any screenshot taken after today's date 5.15.16
