[OP Factions] Voter Key issue [SSMH | Requested]

So i got on OP factions to get my voter loot. Used one of meh keys and pulled a RARE KEY. So as usual it doesn't give it at first, so i buy something from the shop. Sure enough a key appears in my Inventory, but theres no rare key, its a Common Key. Id like my rare key, not this bull. Screenshots included Below.

 

Have you tried clicking all of the open spaces in your inventory?

Its on the forums I think, but there are no rare keys! I have gotten 2 and they were only common. They had glitches some time ago and the rare has never worked since.

 

Trevor a similar thing happens on other servers, including prison, it's a glitch where it is supposed to just say you got a common key buts says both and only gives a common, so sadly no rare key for you, it's a real annoying glitch

 

As said above ^, it's a glitch where 'Rare keys' turn into 'Common keys'.
This glitch has been up since Crates were added and many have faced this problem.
Is this resolved?
