hey mods & staff before i discuss my issue i just wanted to say i love your server i basically grew up with it, anyway i have a issue with my titan rank i purchased the rank a couple years ago and it was all good till last year i logged on and had titan rank on only OP PvP and had premium rank on all other games, i messaged a mod and they just ignored me, i stopped playing Minecraft for a bit after that and i've recently been getting back into it and i logged in today with the same problem. If a staff member is willing to help me they get conformation that i have purchased this rank by me going on OP PvP and showing them, my gamertag is Sorn8 and i am on often if im not my discord is vapidxz #8373, Thanks again.

 

Make a support ticket where you provide screenshots of you having Titan on OP pvp, as well as your IGN. Make it payment related
