3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He is disguising kill-aura with some modification that makes him lag on purpose...his ping is always below 250ms as you can see when I tab. The whole fight is sketchy...but his use of hacks are blatant at 0:24 when he head snaps onto the player behind him whilst eating a gapple.
