Okay, we all know and love the Off-Topic section. Well, it can get annoying when somebody goes off topic in a thread in the Off-Topic section. Yea, the section is made for stuff that doesn't have to do with this server, not a section where rules don't matter. It's unfair and annoying when people go off topic in your threads, even derailing them just because it's in the Off-Topic section.
Derailing is already considered to be a forum infraction and applies everywhere. A moderator will dish out the appropriate punishment if necessary.
