Apparently top voters are determined by the command /topvotes and not by looking at the voting pages at the end of the day (which up till now I believed was the case, but the former is more logical).

A glitch on the command's side + not taking reference from the actual voting site = unrecognised actual top voters.

With your screenshot I am hoping this can be cleared up.

 

Yeah, I unfortunately only took the photo after I voted so there is likely other people who have also voted atleast 60 that voted shortly after I took the photo. But yeah I'm assuming it's no longer possible to view previous results via the website unless somebody also took photos/screenshots of it.
