Hello! My exact in game name is: KarensGraphics My purchased rank is/was: Premium My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I donated for Premium more than 30 hours ago. I haven't received the rank on any of your servers and I've waited for 30+ hours now and it said I'd probably have to wait 5 min. I typed my Minecraft name correctly: KarensGraphics Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information: I checked my PayPal account and it has taken the money from my account aswell. Paypal also also shows the transaction to be succesful and all. Also after the purchase then when I continued back to your website it said that the payment was succesful and I had to relog and it would take up to 5 minutes for me to get the rank, etc. I sent an e-mail to your support e-mail yesterday but I haven't got a reply yet and I can't seem to get a hold of the staff on the server because they just don't reply.
