In all honesty, you guys are hilarious. No, not everyone has the same chance of getting a moderator position. Some people would be horrendous holding that position. The problem lies as to how to weed through those who would do a great job and those who fall on the other end of the scale. Think of your application as a job resume. If you can't spell, that's one check against you. If you can't formulate a proper sentence structure, good chance that's strike two. If you don't provide any information that would show you are above the rest when it comes to initiating a helpful attitude, consistent reactions and the like, good chance your application should be removed altogether.. That's my two cents anyway.
