Kit PvP Noobtuber_pro Scamming[Banned][Scor]

A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Okay, so at first I was going to sell him P4U3DS3 boots, but I changed my mind and said they were going to be P4DS3 only, and he agreed to this. He said he would pay $30, I drop the boots, then he pays the other $30, but when I dropped them he said he wanted U3 on the boots even though he agreed on just P4DS3. He ended up taking the boots and the other $30 he was supposed to give me.
