Donation is EULA compliant but few would donate just because they like a server and even those would most likely not give as much money as they would now.
Although less people would be tempted to donate, people would probably not stop altogether with donating to the server. Plus, you can still have perks with donating, just not pay2win ones.
I agree with that but the problem is that some people have donated because they wanted certain items/perks that are not legal according to the EULA and thus they can no longer have them.
The ability to set extra warps is for everyone, the plugin is broken and everyone can set unlimited warps.
Well the list creeped me out, but yes if we remove these perks the game is no longer Pay-To-Win, as for now I am going to support.
Survival also includes /god It is so easy to make a EULA friendly server and still get a decent income.
They made the game of Minecraft to begin with, so even though the plug-ins etc are made by developers and are property of the developer, they still run with Minecraft, which is something that they made.
I always thought that this server should bypass the EULA by making it impossible to buy in-game ranks. Instead, you can buy forum ranks that give nothing, but with that forum rank comes a "free" in-game rank. The forum rank could be just above your "Well-Known Member" or "Active Member" tag, and it would just prove that you bought the forum rank. Anyone agree or disagree with this idea?
