You need to provide proof that your titan, once you have that send the proof and the description of your problem to [email protected], wait a few weeks, and send again if no reply.

I'd suggest that you email [email protected] (as KingAlex said), and you can also show some proof like screenshots, videos etc. anything to show that you actually had that rank and that you did not do anything wrong to cause yourself to lose that rank Good luck!
