Neutral. It's not unfair to be banned for breaking the rules, because...you broke a rule. However, maybe banning for some rules would be a bit overboard, yes. Wishing death upon someone is never okay, however; permanently muting an offensive player is an excellent way of dealing with those kinds of people. Banning for hacking? Heck yeah I support that. Hackers don't need to stay on our server, we don't need their bullcrap. I'm also not entirely sure where you were going with that last part: "...it's like hacking in KitPvP and getting banned from [t]he whole server but if you[']r[e] not saying something in the chat and hacking I'm not really sure" Please elaborate?
Minigame violations (except advertising) have a 7 days punishment in stead of 3 days now. Maybe the same change has happened to lobby offenses?
First off, its easier for a mod to ban the player globally by banning them on lobby. It requires less time to manually ban a player on each and every game mode. Secondly, not banning a player on all game modes allows the player to keep playing on the server, just not on a certain gam emode such as kitpvp (say. the player is banned for hacking as a example). Its fair for the community to ban a player on all gamemodes and not just one (for they will just keep hacking, or scamming).
