No given everything I was told

so I have the rank elite in-game. So I get elite stuff right? Well on hellblock it says I can I know for a fact crest at least 3 warps (it might be 5). However when I try to create a warp it says I have reached my limit of creating 0 warps. I have email support 3 times and it's been 2 weeks with no response so I don't know what.

You should get 3 warps. Do you have the [Elite] tag?
