This may sound a bit weird, and it may not even get looked at, but I would like to try to introduce you guys to a new kind of staff. Its called "Semi-Admins". It will give really good mods a chance to advance in their staff career on the server. Im currently applying for moderator and think that if I played and did stuff a lot on the server, that I might even have a chance of getting ranked up to Semi-Admin. Thank you very much for reading. -Noah
I guess It could be considered that but if a Semi-Admin was to be ranked up it would to to an Admin Of course that could also be the case with Sr mod. Im not sure. This is your decision
I think this is kind of like Senior Moderator or Staff Manager. Usually if a staff manager resigns or is demoted, a senior moderator takes their place. If a senior moderator resigns or is demoted, usually a moderator takes their position. Pretty sure the case would be the same with admin. If Pile resigns (prob not demoted), a staff manager would take their place (my guess).
Mineverse doesn't have admins full stop, we have moderators, senior mods and head mods/staff managers. If semi mod were given a mix of perms between senior and head mod then there would be no point having the rank. I'm not sure we actually need this, sorry. you'll have to take her out kicking and screaming, she's part of the furniture now, she'll never leave.
so she's mould growing on a musty sofa. we already know that captain obvious -- nah, we already have sr mods and staff managers
The only new rank I would accept In the staff list would be a Helper rank or a Jr mod/ Trial moderator not this.
"Semi Admin" oh no. Noobcrew won't promote an administrator on his baby servers, sorry. Maybe we could use some more AUS/EU Moderators though.
