A staff rank includes - Ban - Temp ban - Unban - Mute - Temp Mute Few Other Commands That You Think Should Suit This Is A Very Helpful Rank And Think You Should Look Into Getting A Few People To Take This Position Up
This is extremely similar to moderator. I currently don't think that we need any more staff ranks, the current ones are doing fine.
I don't think we need another helper rank, the rank moderator is just fine. The commands that you've listed, are basically similar to the commands moderators get with the exception of /kick. But we do have a staff rank and that is prison guard, similar to moderator, but you only moderate the prison server.
